Admit it. This is the first image that popped into your head when you read that title, isn’t it? Now, imagine my face in there and that’s what you’ve got today. Me. Home alone.
It’s funny – that look, in my case, could be taken two ways:
1. “I’m home alone! My kids are gone! What will I do? Woe is me…”
2. “I’m home alone! My kids are gone! What will I do? WooHoo baby, it’s YOU and ME!”
Suffice to say, I’m vascillating between the two! :o)
E is all settled into her new little home and it’s really cute. We had her best friend B with us, so she could see where E’s going to be and help her get settled. It was, of course, an emotional day for me, but a fun one.
It’s an odd, but good place where I sit…the girls are on their way in their new lives, and so am I!
