I wonder if it’s a good omen if you’re nudged gently out of a sound slumber by Michael Bublé on New Year’s Day. Because I was, and he was serenading me, even, which I thought was very nice, since he wasn’t even there in person. Instead, his rich, melodious voice crooned in the recesses of my mind, and sang me fully awake.
It’s a new dawn. It’s a new day. It’s a new life for me…and I’m feeling good!
Really, he could’ve chosen any number of songs out of my mental songbook, but to sing that particular one on New Year’s Day was incredibly thoughtful. And you know why?
Because it IS a new dawn.
It IS a new day.
And it really IS a new life for me AND you, because today is another new beginning.
You can make it anything you want it to be. And if you partner with God? Lay out that fresh journal, filled with the 365 blank pages of 2015, and hand Him the pen?
It will be beyond anything you could imagine.
So grab His hand and dream BIG. Then, every day after you might just find that Michael Bublé is singing you awake, because it’s a new dawn. It’s a new day. It’s a new life for you…
And you’ll be feeling GOOD.
